Maximize your time by letting us automate your data and business analytics for you.
Absolutely, our expertise is on the SEO, Advertising, Strategy, and Reporting side. This can complement what an agency offers by filling the gaps in terms of what it’s not offering or can augment its offering by going deeper in those areas. There are also multiple other areas a full-service agency may cover that our Managed Services offer doesn’t cover. Our goal through this offer is to serve as an extension of both brand’s and agency’s teams.
We are first and foremost a software company. Everything we do is based on data, and that very data-driven DNA makes us stand out and do a few things intelligently including in terms of optimizations
across SEO and Advertising.
Our Managed Services offer is a demonstration of how our software can be used to drive higher operational efficiency and performance. If you end up fully relying on our software independently and don’t require our Managed Services offer, as we conveyed our playbook to your team, then that sets success for us on it.
Pricing-wise, we constructed this offer in such a way that it aligns incentives via an attractive performance-based fee, all while minimizing to the maximum the fixed fees component, which is mainly used for access to the software side.
What deliverables and cadence should I expect with DataHawk Managed Services?
You will have a dedicated Brand Manager, who may or may not be the same Customer Success Manager you have on the software side.
You will agree with your Brand Manager on the cadence of touchpoints you’d like to have – weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly -, your top priorities and challenges, how you would like to access reporting –
self-service on our web app, via reports, or via emails -, and quarterly goals across various metrics.
Your Brand Manager will use their expertise and other internal resources consisting of DataHawk field experts, some of whom you may be in direct contact with.
When do DataHawk Managed Services make the most sense?
When you don’t have enough bandwidth and internal resources to manage Amazon day-to-day.
When you don’t have the necessary scale and capital to afford a full-time $60,000 – $100,000+/year hire to manage Amazon.
When you don’t have enough time to spend looking for the perfect contractor or virtual assistant that could cost a minimum of $3,000/month and don’t want to take that risk.
When you want to have a superior reporting, visibility, and transparency on your performance on Amazon.
When you want to increase your organic traffic and decrease your reliability on paid sales on Amazon.
You create a DataHawk trial account and connect your Advertising account, and your Seller Central account when relevant.
You share with us your product catalog data and your top 3-5 target keywords for each product.
We agree on the Software and Managed Service precise fee.
We assess the initial KPIs prior to our involvement, including Gross Sales, Ad Spend, Sales Net of Returns and Ad Spend, Share of Voice, and Organic Ranks.
We agree on a target Ad Spend level, and a gradual Total ROAS target.
You share with us the necessary access rights to your Amazon account, particularly the ability to edit product detail pages and manage advertising campaigns.
We agree on an ideal cadence, priorities, targets, and reporting.
