DataHawk operates software offered as a service online for Amazon sellers through http(s)://datahawk.co and http(s)://analytics.datahawk.co (“the Service”).
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we commit to protect and not to share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties. User data is safely collected and stored in France where our infrastructure is hosted.
We collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. Unregistered Website Visitors: we only collect datahawk.co browsing-related and non-personally-identifying information using anonymous data collection services outlined below as well as direct analytics.
Registered Webapp Users: we only collect data related to your registration information within analytics.datahawk.co (first and last name, email, hashed password, business name, registered business or home address, VAT number when applicable) and your use of our Service (cookies, logins, in-app browsing, tracked keywords and products or any Service-related metrics, IP and MAC address, anonymous data collection services). As such, datahawk.co browsing data becomes similarly personally-identifying for registered webapp users.
None of this user data is shared with unaffiliated third parties and all of it is safely stored in secure and state-of-the-art infrastructure in France. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
